On Aug. 18th at 1pm, our staff will engage in the ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, & Evacuate) training under the direction of Sheriff Raveling and his staff. It is important to CCE Board Members and Administration that all staff at CCE know how to handle any intruder or safety threats proactively.
If you should see any emergency vehicles or police cars at our school on Aug. 18th, please rest easy knowing this is just a simulation training to prepare our staff for any situation. While we hope we never have to deal with an issue like this, we believe safety and preparation matters.
