On Monday, Ms. Hartwig’s 3rd grade class traveled to Lakeside Lab to learn about pollinators and pollination. Students hiked wooded trails, examined insects under microscopes, and created bees from recycled materials. Their imaginative creations were added to the art installation at Lakeside. It was a beautiful day to be outdoors and study the critical role pollinators play in our ecosystem!
