Clay Central-Everly Elementary has been awarded a Wellmark Foundation School-Centered Behavioral Health Grant to bring in-person mental and behavioral health services directly to our students.
This grant allows us to provide therapy services right here at school—making care more accessible for students and families, much like visiting the school nurse for physical health needs. In rural communities, where access to providers can be limited, this support is truly a game-changer.
At CCE, we believe in caring for the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. With the support of The Wellmark Foundation, we are excited to offer these services that will help our students build resilience, social-emotional skills, and a strong foundation for a healthy future.
We are grateful for this partnership and look forward to the positive impact it will bring to our Maverick family!
