CCE will have a two hour late start on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
No breakfast or early morning childcare club will be available.
Students will then be dismissed at 2:30 PM for student led parent teacher conferences from 4-7 PM.

Our 1st grade Mavericks enjoyed the Spencer Hospital’s Teddy Bear Clinic on their 100th day yesterday!
Students took a tour of the Same Day Surgery Center, the 2nd floor for overnight patients, the lab, and even a clinical setting where they took an x-ray of their bear, helped their bear receive immunizations, and have a checkup!
What a wonderful experience for our Mavericks! Thank you Spencer Hospital!

MAVERICK MYSTERY TRIVIA TIME!
The cold can be a bummer, but it's pretty great for ICE FISHING!!
Earlier this week our 5th and 6th Mavericks had the BEST time with the Iowa Great Lakes Fishing Club and Clay County Naturalist Bri Blom as they ice-fished their way around Scharnberg's Park!
Thank you to the Iowa Great Lakes Fishing Club and Bri Blom for making this frigid outing so much fun! We appreciate you!
We will be making numerous posts about the fabulous day that we had today!
We celebrated our 100th day of the school year with so many fun activities, parties and by spreading joy throughout the entire building!
From start to finish it was a perfect Friday. We are so grateful for our fabulous Mavericks and the joy they bring to each of us!
